CrossFire map and round odds

A map won on defense still counts as one map

In Search and Destroy, one side tries to plant the bomb and the other defends. If the defenders defuse a planted bomb, they win that round. The round adds one to their map score. A pick on the series winner can stay open long after that map ends.

Questions people ask

What goes into a total rounds pick?

For a single map, add the rounds won by both teams on that map. Check whether the market includes overtime before using an extended scoreline.

Can a team lose the opening map and cover +1.5 maps?

Yes. In a best of three, losing the series 1-2 still covers +1.5. Losing both opening maps gives a 0-2 final and falls outside that line.
