Premier League betting

The Premier League is England's top football league and one of the most watched in the world. Twenty clubs play each other home and away, 38 matches each, from August to May; the bottom three are relegated to the Championship.

Matches are played most weekends and some midweeks, with several kick-offs at once on Saturday afternoons, which makes it one of the busiest leagues for live betting.

Markets you usually see

• Match result - home, draw or away after 90 minutes.
• Over / under goals - usually around two and a half goals.
• Both teams to score - yes or no.
• Handicap and double chance on most matches.
